Even your busy teenager will love to grab one of these bars in the morning on the way out the door.
Ingredients
2 eggs
1/3 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
4 cups raisin bran cereal
3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup harvest medley chopped dried fruit, (found in supermarket with dried fruits)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°.
Grease an 8-inch square baking pan. In a small bowl lightly whisk eggs. Add honey, melted butter and peanut butter. Whisk.
In a large bowl combine cereal, oats, flour, cinnamon and dried fruit. Pour egg mixture over dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Spoon into prepared pan. Press firmly into pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool before cutting into squares.
