Broccoli Salad with Cilantro Mustard Dressing

A beautiful crunchy summer salad with a tangy mustard dressing.

Ingredients

2 heads broccoli, stems trimmed, crowns cut into florets
1/2 cup coarsely chopped red bell pepper
Sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside while preparing broccoli.

Steam broccoli until just tender but still crisp. Do not over cook. Rinse under cold water, drain and let cool. Place in a bowl. Add red pepper. Drizzle with enough sauce to coat and toss. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
