Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

Crispy, colorful and sparked by the wonderful flavor of bacon in a light creamy dressing.

Ingredients

Salad:
4-6 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
1 small head broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
1 small head cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 (8 ounce) package white mushrooms, sliced
Dressing:
1/2 cup sour cream, regular or lite
1/2 cup mayonnaise, regular or lite
1/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

Directions

Toss all salad ingredients in a large bowl.

Whisk dressing ingredients until well combined. Pour over salad. Toss. Refrigerate at least one hour or overnight.
