Fresh Pepper Relish

Bright in color and flavor, this crunchy relish is a great accompaniment to chicken, fish or burgers.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1 orange bell pepper, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over a medium high heat. Add peppers, garlic and onions. Sauté for 3 minutes. Mix in honey and balsamic vinegar. Turn up heat and cook for 1-2 minutes on high. Remove from heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve warm or chilled.
