Butterscotch Sauce


Store bought sauce does not compare with this rich, thick and creamy old-fashioned treat. Spoon it over ice cream, add chopped bananas, nuts and whipped cream!

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
3 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 cup whipping cream

Directions

Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a full boil. Remove from heat. Serve warm or at room temperature. Refrigerate any extra.

Yields: 1 1/2 cups
