.jpg)
Ingredients
1 egg
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°. Cream together butter, peanut butter and brown sugar. Beat in honey in a slow, steady stream. Beat in egg. Sift dry ingredients and mix into batter. Chill dough for at least one hour. Measure one tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball. Place 3-inches apart on a cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork lightly dipped in flour to make a crisscross pattern. Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until just firm. Remove from sheet and cool on a wire rack. Makes about 3 dozen.
