Cinnamon Fennel Green Tea


A spicy green tea loaded with antioxidants and honey to help you through the winter.

Ingredients

4 bags green tea
4 sticks cinnamon
1 teaspoon fresh gingerroot, grated
1 teaspoon lemon zest
4 seeds fennel
4 cups cold water
4 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

Directions

In a medium saucepan, combine the first six ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and steep for 5-6 minutes. Strain into another medium saucepan. Stir in honey and divide evenly into four mugs.

Serve hot as an invigorating infusion.
