Fruited Mulled Wine

A warming drink with a delicious taste! The dried fruit infuses the drink with a fruity flavor while the honey adds just a touch of sweetness.
Ingredients
8 dried Calimyrna figs cut into quarters
8 dried apricots, cut into quarters
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dried currants
1/4 cup brandy
4 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 (750 ml) bottle Cabernet Sauvignon
Directions
In a medium saucepan combine dried fruits, brandy and honey. Bring to a simmer and cook over a low heat for several minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in wine and refrigerate up to 24-48 hours to allow flavors to blend.
To serve, strain out dried fruit, gently warm wine (do not simmer or boil). Reserve fruit for another use.
