This marinade leaves the flank steak tender and juicy. A creamy horseradish sauce complements the meat making this dish special enough to serve to guests.
Ingredients
Marinade:
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup olive oil
4 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
4 large cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 1/2 pounds flank steak
Horseradish Sauce:
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup prepared horseradish, drained
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
1 tablespoon shallots, minced
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Directions
Whisk together all marinade ingredients. Pour into a 9x13-inch glass baking dish. Add steak to dish and turn several times. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Meanwhile prepare Horseradish Sauce. Stir together all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
