Simple to make and incredibly flavorful, try this sweet recipe made by Jenn Davis aka @twocupsflour
Ingredients
3 tsp Gelatin Powder
1 Cup Whole Milk
2 Cups Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup Silver Blossom Pure & Unfiltered Honey
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
1/2 tsp Fresh Grated Ginger
2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Golden Blossom Pure & Unfiltered Honey
1 Large banana peeled and sliced
Directions
For the Panna Cotta:
Place gelatin and 1/2 cup milk in a small bowl and let sit for 5 minutes.
In a medium saucepan on medium heat, combine heavy cream, honey, and the remainder of the milk.
Stir in gelatin mixture and vanilla, bring to a simmer for 2 minutes, stirring until smooth.
Transfer to 4 ramekins leaving half an inch from the rim. Chill for 4 hours.
For the toppings:
Place butter in a medium skillet on medium-low heat. As it's melting stir in ginger and honey. Place sliced bananas onto the mixture and increase heat to medium. Cook 1-2 minutes per side. Scoop warm bananas onto Panna Cotta and drizzle with more honey.
