Spiced Mulled Wine

Fight off the remaining chill in the air with this fruity and delicious Mulled Wine made with Silver Blossom Honey, best served hot off the stove!


1/2 Cup Blackberries
1/2 Cup Cranberries
1 Orange
2 Cinnamon Sticks
4 Cloves
2 Star Anise
2 TBSP Silver Blossom Honey
1/2 Cup Brandy
1 Bottle Red Wine


1. Combine all ingredients in a pot or saucepan set over medium heat.

2. Gently bring the wine to a low simmer over medium-low heat. Do not boil as this will boil off all the alcohol. Heat for approximately 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3.To serve, carefully ladle into the desired number of serving glasses. Leave the spices behind for re-use.
Garnish. Garnish with additional orange slices, blackberries, and cranberries, if desired.
