Homemade Carrot Cake Donuts


Made by Ciarra a.k.a @peanutbutterpluschocolate these Carrot Cake Donuts are perfect for Spring!

Ingredients

1 Cup Gluten Free Flour (All Purpose)
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM PURE & UNFILTERED HONEY
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 Cup Shredded Carrots, Packed In
2 tbsp Dairy Free Yogurt
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Walnuts
Icing
1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
1-2 tbsp Almond Milk

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350F and prepare a donut pan or silicone count mold with non-stick spray. Tip: Be generous if using a pan.

2. Plat all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl, store until combined.

3. Add in all wet ingredients and stir just until the batter comes together

4. Transfer batter to a poping bag or plastic zip back.

5. Fill 6 donut molds

6. Bake for 15-18 minutes

7. Stire together the glaze, add more almond milk if needed. Dip each donut in the glaze, top with chopped walnuts and enjoy!
