White Bean Salad


Ingredients

3 Tablespoons balsamic or red wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1/2 Tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 (19 ounces) can cannellini or white kidney beans
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

In medium bowl, whisk together first 3 ingredients. Rinse beans and drain well. Add to dressing along with remaining ingredients. Stir gently. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Serves 4.
