Coleslaw with Honey Mustard Dressing

A tasty and nutritious combination of colorful fresh vegetables with a delicious honey mustard dressing.

Ingredients

Salad:
1/2 large head of green cabbage, cored, shredded
1 small head of red cabbage, cored, shredded
2 carrots, grated
1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
Dressing:
1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard

Directions

Directions for Salad:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Set aside.

Directions for Dressing:
Whisk together all ingredients. Add to salad. Toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill before serving.
