Chocolate Cherry Topping for Sundaes

Ice cream topped with a scrumptious chocolate sauce, laced with tart cherries, creates an easy and elegant dessert. Serve it for your next candlelight dinner.
Ingredients
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
3 Tablespoons cherry brandy
1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
4 ounces semisweet chocolate bits
1/4 cup dried cherries, chopped
Directions
In a saucepan bring cream, honey and brandy to a boil, stirring gently. Remove from heat. Add butter and chocolate, stirring until smooth. Add dried cherries. Serve over ice cream. Leftover topping can be covered and refrigerated for 1 week. Must be reheated over low heat.
Serves 4-6.
