Asian Broccoli Salad

A delightfully crisp salad with a touch of Asian flavor.

Ingredients

1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon white vinegar
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
1 Tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
5 cups (1 bunch) broccoli, cut into florets

Directions

Whisk together first 5 ingredients.

Steam broccoli florets until just crisp-tender, about 3-5 minutes. Run under cold water. Drain well. Toss with dressing. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
