Curried Fruit

A delicious breakfast first course or a great accompaniment to your holiday dinner.
Ingredients
1 (20 ounce) can peaches, drained
1 (20 ounce) can Royal Ann cherries, drained
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
2 (11 ounce) cans Mandarin oranges, drained
1/3 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
juice of 1 lemon
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°.
Lightly grease a 8 ½ x 12" baking dish.
Drain fruits thoroughly. Arrange in bottom of baking dish. Mix together honey, curry and lemon juice. Pour over fruit. Marinate for 15-30 minutes.
Dot with butter and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Delicious served warm or cold.
