A snap to make and very elegant!
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon butter or margarine
3 tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
8 fresh figs, halved (or dried figs)
1 package (10 ounces) frozen raspberries, pureed in blender
2 tablespoons heavy cream
4 sprigs fresh mint
Directions
In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add honey. Stir occasionally until bubbling. Stir figs into honey mixture, gently turning often to coat. Set aside.
Spoon raspberry puree on 4 dessert plates. Place 4 glazed fig halves on top of raspberry sauce in center of each plate. Drizzle cream in circle design around figs. Garnish with mint.
