Bananas Foster
A new twist on a classic favorite!
Ingredients
3 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 cup dark rum
4 ripe bananas, sliced
1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
Directions
Combine honey and rum in a large nonstick skillet. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. Add bananas and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add nuts. Cook 1 minute longer. Serve over frozen yogurt.
Serves 6.
