White Bean and Tuna Salad

A great lunch, a snap to prepare.

Ingredients

1 (19 ounce) can white cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 (6 ounce) cans white albacore tuna, drained and separated into chunks
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 small onion, minced
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place cannellini beans in a large bowl. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, honey and oregano in a jar. Cover and shake well. Pour over beans. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Chill well.
