Frozen Honeydew Pops
Simple, healthful, refreshing!
Ingredients
1 medium honeydew
3 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh mint, finely chopped
10 (2 ounce) paper cups
10 craft sticks (can be found in hobby stores)
Directions
Cut honeydew in half and discard seeds. Using a knife or large spoon, remove fruit and place into a food processor. Add honey, lemon juice and mint. Puree. Pour into paper cups approximately 3/4 full. Freeze for about an hour. When mixture begins to set, place a craft stick into center of each cup and freeze until solid. If pops are difficult to remove, place cups briefly in hot water.
