Rich Chocolate Sauce


Top a slice of pound cake with ice cream, drizzle with this fabulous sauce.

Ingredients

1 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
2/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
zest from one large orange

Directions

Place first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until melted, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and orange zest. Serve warm or refrigerate until ready to use.
