Coconut-Sprinkled Orange and Kiwi Slices

A lovely light dessert.

Ingredients

4 navel oranges, peeled and sliced into 3/8-inch round slices

6 kiwis, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch round slices

3 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

3/4 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Arrange fruit slices attractively on serving plate. Drizzle with honey and allow to soak in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Sprinkle fruit with coconut. Serve with whipped cream.
