Honey Tips

Honey Is Magic

In the days before biology and botany were understood, people thought it was a special kind of magic that turned flower nectar into honey.

In a small bowl mix together cheese, honey and pecans. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Remove crusts of raisin bread, discard. Cut bread diagonally into 4 triangles. Spread a spoonful of cheese mixture on breads and crackers. Top with a slice of strawberry or 1/2 grape. Arrange on a platter. Tuck a few small parsley sprigs amongst sandwiches for garnish.
