Honey Tips
Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Combine all marinade ingredients. Place pork chops in a plastic bag, add marinade and seal bag. Let stand in refrigerator up to 24 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove chops from bag, reserving marinade. Grill or broil about 15 minutes, turning once and basting several times, until chops are no longer pink inside. Discard remaining marinade.
