Grilled Marinated Pork Chops

Pork is a natural on the grill. For the most moist and tender results, marinate the chops and then cook on a covered grill.

Ingredients

4 (1-inch thick) boneless pork chops

Marinade:

1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons dry sherry

2 cloves garlic, chopped

Directions

Combine all marinade ingredients. Place pork chops in a plastic bag, add marinade and seal bag. Let stand in refrigerator up to 24 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove chops from bag, reserving marinade. Grill or broil about 15 minutes, turning once and basting several times, until chops are no longer pink inside. Discard remaining marinade.
