Ingredients
2 teaspoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 (16 ounce) jar marinara sauce
2 cups cottage cheese (small curd)
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed completely dry
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 large eggs, beaten
10 lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded
salt and pepper to taste

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Stir honey into marinara sauce. Spread a thin layer of sauce in a 13 x 9″ baking dish. Mix together cottage cheese, spinach, ½ cup Parmesan, eggs, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Combine well.
Spread each lasagne noodle with 3 Tablespoons of filling. Roll up noodles and place in baking dish. Cover with remaining sauce. Top with mozzarella and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
Serves: 6-8
