Lime Glazed Chicken Kabobs

Laced with fresh and colorful summer vegetables, these kabobs will be the star of any barbecue.

Ingredients

Glaze:

1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

2 tablespoons lime juice

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 small jalapeno pepper, chopped

3 cloves garlic, chopped

Kabobs:

2 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved, cut into 1 inch pieces

2 medium yellow squash, cut into 1 inch chunks

2 medium zucchini, cut into 1inch chunks

2 red bell peppers, cut into 1inch chunks

2 large onions, cut into 1inch chunks

1 pint cherry tomatoes

8 ounces mushroom caps

Directions

Serves: 4Combine all glaze ingredients in a small bowl.Thread chicken and vegetables alternately on 4 skewers. Brush with glaze. Grill over medium hot heat, turning and basting with remaining glaze until chicken is cooked through.
