Spinach Salad with Strawberries

Tender spinach leaves and scrumptious strawberries tossed with balsamic vinaigrette. Add cooked and diced chicken to turn this into a yummy main dish salad.

Ingredients

Dressing:

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

3 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

salt and pepper to taste

Salad:

6-8 cups baby spinach

1 pint strawberries, sliced

1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped

Directions

Dressing:
In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
Salad:
In a large bowl toss together spinach and sliced strawberries. Drizzle dressing over salad. Toss. Sprinkle with nuts.
