4 one-inch thick tuna or salmon steaks

2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, peeled and grated

1 pinch red pepper

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Place fish in a shallow glass baking dish. Whisk remaining ingredients together. Pour marinade over fish and turn to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate one hour in refrigerator. Turn fish several times. Broil or grill, turning and basting frequently; approximately, 4 minutes per side. Do not overcook.
