1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 cups flour
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons carob powder (found in health food stores)
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon vanilla

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Beat all ingredients together thoroughly. Grease muffin pan and fill each cup halfway with mixture. Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool.
