Ingredients
1 pound plums, pitted and cut into slices
3 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 Tablespoons dark rum
6 anisette toasts, crushed (can be found in cookie section of supermarket)
3 Tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 pint vanilla frozen yogurt

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Butter an 8-inch square glass baking dish. In a bowl toss plums with honey and rum. Allow to soak a few minutes to absorb flavors. Drain plums and transfer to prepared dish.
Toss toasts with butter. Spread over top of plums. Bake for 15 minutes until plums are soft and crumbs are golden. Serve warm over frozen yogurt.
