Ingredients
4 (6 ounce) swordfish steaks
Sauce:
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 large clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
Walnut Topping:
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
1 tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Sauce:
In a small saucepan heat olive oil. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Stir in honey, cilantro and lime juice. Set aside.
Nut Topping:
Mix ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside.
Fish:
Brush swordfish with lime sauce. Broil or grill, turning once and basting with sauce several times until fish is just cooked through.
Arrange on platter, drizzle with more sauce and top each piece with a spoonful of walnuts.
