Honey Tips
Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Place raisins in a small bowl. Cover with warm water. Set aside.
Pour honey into a small skillet. Place over medium heat and cook, swirling occasionally, until honey turns golden brown, about 5 minutes. Add raisins with the water, butter and rum. Continue cooking 5-8 more minutes until sauce just begins to thicken, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, let cool slightly.
Scoop ice cream into 4 bowls. Arrange 4 banana slices on top of each. Spoon warm raisin sauce over bananas and ice cream.
