Angel Hair Pasta with Shiitake Mushrooms

A stir fry pasta recipe with exotic flavors.

Ingredients

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 green bell peppers, cut into matchstick strips

1 carrot, cut into matchstick strips

1 onion, cut into matchstick strips

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1/2 pound fresh shiitake mushrooms, stems removed, caps sliced

1 clove garlic, chopped

1 tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1/4 teaspoon dried ginger

1 (12 ounce) package angel hair pasta

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add next three ingredients and saute until just tender. Add soy sauce, mushrooms, garlic, honey and ginger. Saute until mushrooms are softened, do not overcook.
Meanwhile, cook angel hair pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta, add mushroom mixture to pasta and serve.
