Ingredients
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 ounces Neufchatel cheese, or cream cheese
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese, low-fat or regular
1 cup sour cream, lite or regular
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 eggs
3 Granny Smith apples, grated
8 ounces wide egg noodles

Honey Never Spoils
No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Butter a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine raisins, honey, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Set aside.
In a food processor or blender combine cheeses, sour cream, cornstarch and eggs. Blend well. Add to honey mixture along with grated apples. Meanwhile cook noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and add to cheese mixture. Toss until well combined.
Put into prepared pan and bake until golden brown, about 35 minutes.
