Baked Banana Chips

Baked in the oven and drizzled with some honey - you won't be able to have just one!

Ingredients

2 Large Bananas

1/3 cup lemon juice

Golden Blossom Honey to drizzle on top

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Cut bananas into 5 mm thick rounds. Dip them in lemon juice and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake at 248 F for about 2 hours in oven Turn them over after 1 hour of baking.

After cooling, banana chips can be drizzled with Golden Blossom Honey!
