Barbecued Lobster Tails

No need for melted butter with this delicious recipe.

Ingredients

1 large red bell pepper, stemmed, seeded, cored and chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 Tablespoon onion, chopped

1/2 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced

1 Tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

4 lobster tails

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

2 Tablespoons olive oil

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Simmer until peppers are just tender. Strain off liquid. Set aside.
Prepare barbecue. Split lobster tails in half. Sprinkle lobster with lemon juice and olive oil. Place on grill and cover with lid. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until lobster meat is opaque. Remove from grill. Top with red peppers and serve.
