Ingredients
1/2 cup butter or margarine (room temperature)
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 egg
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts (optional), chopped

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar, honey and vanilla with an electric mixer until well blended. Beat in egg, flour, salt, baking powder and milk. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts until well combined. Drop heaping teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Yield: about 3 dozen.
