Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup butter
2 eggs
6 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 tablespoon rum or vanilla
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, optional

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.Melt chocolate and butter in a pan placed over a pot of hot, not boiling water. Remove from heat as soon as chocolate melts. Cool. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add honey and flavoring. Beat well.Stir in sifted ingredients and nuts. Pour batter into buttered 8 X 8 inch pan.Bake for about 30 minutes until brownies test done.
