Cranberry Apple Sauce

A wonderful change from canned cranberry sauce. Just the right combination of tart and sweet and so easy to make!

Ingredients

1 cup cranberries

3 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and coarsely chopped

1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 cup water

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

Place all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 20 –25 stirring occasionally. Refrigerate up to 1 week.
Yields: 2 cups
