Cranberry Walnut Relish

This Thanksgiving make your own cranberry relish.

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package fresh cranberries

1 orange, peeled and seeded

1 cup dried currents

1 cup walnuts

2/3 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process until cranberries are chopped. Refrigerate overnight.
Yield: 2 cups.
