Ingredients
1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled,deveined and cut into thirds
3 tablespoons butter
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 teaspoons paprika
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
salt to taste

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
In a large skillet melt butter. Add green pepper, onions and celery. Saute over a medium heat for 15 minutes or until vegetables are cooked. Add crushed garlic and cook 2 more minutes. Add tomatoes honey and spices. Continue cooking 5 minutes. Add shrimp, cover and simmer an additional 3 minutes or until shrimp turns pink.
Serve over rice.
