Fish Fillets with Salsa

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds fish fillets (flounder or sole)

1/2 cup mild salsa

2 Tablespoons mayonnaise

1 Tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

2 Tablespoons prepared mustard

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Preheat oven to 450°. Place fish in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over fish. Bake 10 minutes, or until fish flakes. Serves 4.
