Ingredients
1 Tablespoon butter or margarine
3 tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
8 fresh figs, halved (or dried figs)
1 package (10 ounces) frozen raspberries, pureed in blender
2 tablespoons heavy cream
4 sprigs fresh mint

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add honey. Stir occasionally until bubbling. Stir figs into honey mixture, gently turning often to coat. Set aside.
Spoon raspberry puree on 4 dessert plates. Place 4 glazed fig halves on top of raspberry sauce in center of each plate. Drizzle cream in circle design around figs. Garnish with mint.
