Grilled Fresh Tuna Patties

Ingredients

2 Tablespoons mayonnaise

1 Tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

2 thin slices, Monterey Jack cheese

2 Kaiser rolls, cut in half

2 tomato slices

8 ounces fresh tuna

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

Remove skin from tuna. Cut tuna into chunks and place in food processor. Add mayonnaise and honey. Pulse processor until mixture is well-combined. Form into 2 patties. Grill for 4 minutes on one side, turn patties and top with cheese slices. Grill, covered, for two more minutes. Toast rolls on grill. Place patties on roll, top with tomato slice and serve. Serves 2.
