Grilled Mahi Mahi with Soy Dipping Sauce

A Korean inspired preparation that can be grilled or broiled. Serve with rice drizzled with the flavorful sauce.

Ingredients

4 (6-ounce) Mahi Mahi fillets

Sauce:

1/3 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, chopped

2 scallions, chopped

pinch of cayenne pepper

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

In a small bowl whisk together all sauce ingredients. Pour half of the sauce into a ziplock bag. Add fish fillets. Let marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Grill or broil fish about 5 minutes per side or until fish is just cooked through. Do not over cook.
Pass reserved dipping sauce to drizzle over fish.
