Halibut with Fresh Herb Sauce

The quickly prepared fresh sauce adds a touch of elegance to this white-fleshed fish. A delectable light summer meal.

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds halibut fillets or steaks

Sauce:

6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

4 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

3 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

3 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped

Puree all ingredients in a food processor. Set aside.

Honey Is Sweeter Than Sugar

Due to the high level of fructose, honey is 25% sweeter than table sugar.

Directions

Brush fish lightly with some olive oil. Grill or broil until fish is opaque at the thickest part. Remove to a platter and spoon sauce over fish.
