Maple Glazed Brown Cinnamon Scones

Have a sweet morning with these delicious treats baked with honey and glazed with maple syrup.


2 1/4 cups All-purpose flour

3 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Salt

1/2 cup Butter

2 Eggs

1/2 cup Half & Half (preferably) cream

1/4 – 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 tsp Golden Blossom Honey

2 tsp Golden Blossom Maple Syrup

Honey Never Spoils

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.


1. Preheat oven to 375°
2. Mix eggs, cream, brown sugar, vanilla & 1 tsp of honey
3. Whisk flour, powder, salt & cinnamon
4. Gradually mix in butter for perfect texture
5. Cut into the desired shape
6. Dash some extra cinnamon on those babies
7. Bake 10-15 minutes
8. Glaze scones with Golden Blossom Maple Syrup
