Ingredients
1/2 pound Gorgonzola cheese, cut into pieces
1 cup half and half
1 Tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 pound linguine, cooked al dente
freshly ground pepper
1/3 cup walnuts, toasted and choppped
1/3 cup hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted
1 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions
In a heavy saucepan, melt the cheese and slowly blend in half and half and honey. Cook and stir until mixture thicken, about 3 minutes.
Add cooked pasta to prepared sauce. Toss until coated. Season with pepper.
In a small bowl, mix nuts together. Divide pasta among plates. Sprinkle with nuts. Top with Parmesan.
