Monkfish in Asian Citrus Sauce

Monkfish marinated in the piquant flavors of soy and orange.

Ingredients

1/2 cup orange juice

1/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1 1/4 pounds monkfish

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients in a glass baking dish. Add fish and coat with marinade. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes on each side, turning occasionally.
Preheat broiler. Cover broiler pan with foil. Place fish on foil. Broil for 10 minutes on each side, turning and basting occasionally until fish is cooked through.
Serves 4.
